Geothermal Service & Maintenance

We are dedicated to our customer's and always strive to meet their needs as best we can. By choosing ComfortWorks for your HVAC service needs you will enjoy highly professional service provided by our factory trained and qualified technicians. Be rest assured that your Geothermal or HVAC system will perform to factory specifications, and when repairs are needed, our technicians will have you up and going in a reasonable amount of time and fixed right the first time.

Preventative Maintenance

In appreciation of any purchase of a new geothermal system, enjoy the gift of yearly Preventative Maintenance Services (one visit per year) for each newly installed system. This gift must be used within the first 12 months of installation. No action on your part is required. You will be entered into our maintenance program, which will prompt our Service Department to contact you during the fall or spring to schedule your appointment. After

your first year of free planned maintenance is over, we encourage you to sign up for our regular Preventative Maintenance Program in order to keep your geothermal system tuned up and running as efficiently as possible. Beyond the first year, you will need to contact our office to inform us that you would like to continue participating in our Preventative Maintenance Program.

Note: ClimateMaster, Aprilaire Spaceguard, and fresh air system filters not included. Humidifier, electronic air cleaners, and fresh air system servicing not included.

Not a owner of a geothermal system? No problem! Comfortworks provides maintenance to ALL makes and models of home comfort equipment.

Each planned maintenance visit will include:

  • Replacement of air filters (Note: an additional charge may apply to Aprilaire or ClimateMaster filters).
  • Clearing of condensate drain to prevent any drainage overflow.
  • Compressor and fan motor check.
  • Air coil cleaning to obtain maximum efficiency.
  • Verification of proper refrigerant charge in the system to ensure maximum performance.
  • Ensure proper ground loop and air coil temperatures.
  • Inspection of heat strips (if applicable).
  • Inspection of hot water generation (for geothermal systems).
  • Thermostat inspection to ensure proper function.

Note: If repairs are necessary to achieve proper unit operation, the homeowner will be informed of any additional costs (parts and labor).

Please call our office at 405-364-9007 to inform us of your interest in adding our Preventative Maintenance Program for your home. During the spring or fall seasons, ComfortWorks will contact you to schedule a planned maintenance appointment. Payment is due upon completion of each planned maintenance and may be made by personal check, credit card, or cash.
